Systemic Birthday

I was recently asked to say more about birthday rituals I create. Here it is:

Systemic birthday ritual is a set of mini constellations that are aimed at resourcing rather than seeking resolutions. It is a tailored process for your special day to look and acknowledge the past, to anchor in the present and to set the intention for the future. We combine shamanic and systemic work to mark this time in your life and to build potential for next steps. You are welcome to invite any number of guests to participate in your ritual or it can be a one to one process with me. It could also be a beautiful gift for somebody’s birthday but make sure you have their consent first. 
I believe that the time around our birth day holds special power and celebrating it with intention and meaning could bring strength and new energy to our lives.
