Ancestral Rituals Step 2

I created an online resource for anyone to be able to access the gifts and resources of their ancestral lines. With this offer you receive access to three guided rituals, two meditations and handouts - taking you step by step through creating your own ancestral ritual for healing, for balance, for harmony and just to start connecting to all the resources in your wider family systems. In our lives we often focus on the trauma that we received through generations and that we now have to deal with; but we also received a foundation for becoming who we are, for our strength and resilience; and if we begin to pay attention we are able to continue to receive their support. Everything that we experience today, everything we feel, has already had a place at some point for our ancestors, they've been through it and developed ways to cope, process, transform it for the better, and we can access this wisdom through ritual, intention, and prayer.

• Three videos will tell you about three rituals - connecting with ancestral field; bringing balance to it; and good endings.
• Two audio meditations will help you prepare for each ritual and to end it.
• Step by step handouts list everything you need to set it up and do it.
