Modern Ancestral Practice (MAP) is a way of working with the past in service of the present and the future.
It brings together family constellations, systemic thinking, ritual, psychotherapy, and shamanic ways of knowing to address what is carried - personally, ancestrally, and collectively - often without words.
At the heart of my work are three 'simple' questions - if it all worked, what would be different in your life? What does not belong to you? What wants to flow forward?
This work is about restoring the right relationship - with yourself, your ancestors, the land you live on and the future you are shaping.

Growing your Life Roots
In my work over the years - and through my master's research - I've come to see that in order to truly enjoy the present moment, to feel safe being ourselves, and to remain open to what life is asking of us, we need to feel rooted - to feel an inner agreement to who we are, where we are and where we come from. For that certain inner and relational healing work is needed. This is probably why you found this page.
This work is not about steps to be completed, and it is not linear. It allows us to grow roots exactly where we are, breaking generational, ancient cycles of inner un-rootedness. This work is a landscape to be walked with and without your ancestors.
As we walk this landscape we begin to get rooted, relationally and wholeheartedly in ourselves, in our ancestors, in the land where we live and in the bigger, transpersonal energies of the Universe. We are able to say yes to our life fully, on all fronts and in all dimensions, everywhere we exist. This freedom in the present, creates release for future generations. It inspires the flow of love to cary only what is good for the future.
No matter which roots call you first, the work meets you where you are - and grows from there.
We stay in one place or we walk through all of them. There is no strict rule or order. We tend to do more work around Self and Ancestors but Soil and Spirit are as important and life-changing.

How we work together
I work with people who feel called to do this work in different ways and at different depths.
The practice includes:
Some work is ongoing, some is momentary. There is a yearly cycle rhythm and ad-hoc offers. All of it is held with care, consent, and respect for timing.
You do not need to know in advance what kind of work you want. A lot of this work is phenomenological - meaning it is revealed in the moment within the field between us.
The practice includes:
- one-to-one systemic intensives and one-off family constellation sessions
- in-person family constellation circles
- seasonal online rituals and guided ancestral meditations
- teaching days, retreats, and pilgrimages to sacred sites

If you feel a quiet or a loud 'yes' within you as you read these words, or feel curious about where it could take you, I invite you to explore us working together.
My name is Aleksandra. For over a decade, I have been facilitating family constellations, systemic rituals and ancestral work with individuals and groups, locally and internationally. My background includes transpersonal psychotherapy, shamanic practice, and long-term study of systemic and ritual traditions.
What matters a lot to me is how the work is held - with safety, depth, and respect for the living systems we belong to. This practice is informed by both ancient ways of knowing and contemporary therapeutic understanding. It is grounded, multidimensional, and practical - as much at home in modern life as in ritual space. |
