A guided mediation I created for women to connect with they ancestors and receive blessings and gifts for them. Every time you do it your ancestors get blessed too, so feel free to add it to your regular practice for ancestral healing.

I live a few meters away from a small waterfalls. I still don't understand as of this moment what TLC meant when they said "Don't go chasing waterfalls.. please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you used to.." First, what is it really worth chasing with waterfalls? Maybe they are referring to the ones with such a strong current. Oh well I wouldn't have thought about that had I not wrote it down right now. Maybe some waterfalls are really dangerous. Maybe it's perfectly alright to just chase this one near my house. It seem peaceful.

It's so hard to tell if we are being neglected. We could be projecting all of our problems to the people closest to us. It's not their job to make sure we have a retirement plan. It's not their job to guess what are the things that can make us happy. If we feel it's impossible for us to be happy as of the moment, the least we can do is just keep this to ourselves because our loved ones had done all their part already. There's no point blaming yourself for everything but don't blame others.

AuthorI am fascinated by the Systemic Family Constellations work and everything shamanic. I study it, practice it, research it. Here, I am sharing what I learn and hope it can be of use to somebody interested in healing their families, communities and lives. In 2019 I published some of my poetry inspired by systemic work in this journal. It is available as PDF, Kindle or printed at the link above.
