Walking this wheel together we will dive deep into ancestral lineages, recent and ancient, releasing old patterns, reconnecting with ancestral support and resources. Rituals are held monthly so that there is plenty of time for integration and processing and any follow up work required after the ritual. You could sign up to the whole year or drop in for each ritual.
For those who will sign up for the whole year there will be bonus sessions on creating your own ritual, using language in ritual and building your family tree as a ritual. Signing up to the whole journey allows you to track your progress better, taking each step one at a time at the same time building on the previous work. If you miss a ritual for some reason we'll record it for you and you'll have access to it for that month.
How does it work?
Systemic ritual is a therapeutic method combining shamanic and systemic elements, working with ground plans, the wheel and technique of representing. It creates a safe framework to access deep archetypal patterns and dynamics. Each monthly circle begins with a check in, a meditation to settle in and call in the ancestors, explanation of the ritual and its principles and then held space to conduct your own ritual at the privacy and safety of your own home while Aleksandra is drumming and chanting to support your process. Rituals are both individual and collective tapping into wider systemic connections. With time these monthly circles become a community of those who integrate ritual into everyday life for increased wellbeing.
The Wheel of the Year
The schedule of these monthly rituals follows the wheel of the year. Beginning in the North, in winter (for Northern hemisphere) we begin with setting the intention for the year and connecting with the Great Mystery; proceeding to work with the energy of the East, of new beginnings we then move to the South, diving deeper into family dynamics; followed by release and endings work in the West and integration as we transition back into the North in the end of 2021. In the context of each direction and season, each ritual adds a layer to the previous one on a personal level and all of 12 rituals incorporate ancestral practice and healing.

Ancestral Ritual of Endings - 15 November

17.00-19.00 GMT We are meeting together to do a ritual to complete what is left unfinished, to work on endings and new beginnings, to release what is still left. As we are entering the North on the wheel of four directions, the place of emptiness and stillness, we will do this ritual to prepare ourselves for this time of the year, on a personal scale and within out whole lineage. This is the eleventh ritual in the Year of Ritual, Walking with Ancestors series of 12 monthly systemic rituals to tap into the power and entanglements of your ancestral field, working on your own patterns, dreams and healing at the same time learning about systemic ritual, its diversity and wholeheartedness. All 12 rituals are ancestral, bringing healing to you and your family system. Systemic Ritual is a therapeutic method created by Daan van Kampenhout, which combines systemic family constellations method with shamanic ritual to create a healing and resourcing process that allows us to connect with wider ancestral fields, their resources, strength and gifts. Aleksandra trained with Daan in Mexico, Vienna, Paris and is now supporting his workshops and trainings around the world.
