Taking resolutions to a new level - we’ll do an hour meditation in a virtual circle beginning of every month to set an intention for the month or the year, individually and as a collective. We'll use a variety of techniques to see each other's intentions come alive, and fully integrated into our present. It is a beautiful, peaceful, supportive and powerful process.
