A recording of a workshop that combines movement and dance with ritual with ancestors. In this ritual we work with four types of ancestors - of the land we come from, the land we are in, future land and ancestors of the soul. We meet them on the medicine wheel and get to know them to fully arrive home to own selves. Before the ritual a guided movement meditation takes you deeper into your body awareness to prepare for the ritual.
