Past, Future, Present Movement and Ritual
We are delighted to invite you to three circles of movement and ritual. The focus of this work aims to integrate the themes of the past and future to support you in weaving them into the present. What of the past is holding us there? What of the future beckons? And how do the past and future live in and inform our present?
Every circle includes movement led by Sian Palmer and a collective systemic ritual by Aleksandra Shymina. You are welcome to join one or all three of these circles.
21 April - Past - What parts of you are still in the past? A ritual to bring you wholly into the present.
19 May - Future - Does your future have old roots? Are you still projecting something that is no longer relative to you? A ritual to connect with the best possible future for you.
16 June - Present - What if your past and future meet within you in the now? How would it be to live more fully? A ritual to weave the strands of your life into the Now, creating a wholehearted presence of harmony.

Sian Palmer is a Drama and Movement Therapist (MA), Founder of Expressive Movement and Co-Founder of Ancestral Connections.
Aleksandra Shymina is a London based systemic and shamanic practitioner. She trained extensively with the Centre for Systemic Constellations in London, and with Daan van Kampenhout in systemic ritual in different countries. She has trained with Chetna Lawless in core shamanism and worked with some amazing shamanic practitioners around the world.
