We all know the feeling of slight anxiety at the thought of being seen and showing up fully. Some of it is our own based on previous experience and some of it belongs to other generations where those experience might have been much more severe. In this meditation I guide you on a journey to connect with those ancestors and explore what you hold for them. Letting go of what is not serving you and experiencing another way - being comfortable to be seen fully. Generational trauma transference impacts our lives in many unseen ways. In the same way all our other lifetimes came from lineages of ancestors with whom there were entanglements. And those lifetimes could still be of impact in our life now. A possible stretch of imagination if these concepts are part of your cosmology.
Acknowledgement, honouring and gratitude hold incredible potential for healing and harmonising energies within any field. So, in this meditation we bring them to the ancestors from our other lifetimes and receive a gift from them in return.
